Iowa City Area Real Estate Investor Meetup

The Feb. meeting will be moderated by Jeff Niemeier, full time local investor of student housing who will be discussing syndicating your deals and finding private investors.

The Iowa City Area Real Estate Investor Meetup gives East Central and Southeast Iowa real estate investors a place to share information about real estate deals and to learn about current real estate investing strategies and tactics that are working in today's marketplace.

The group includes a mix of experienced and new real estate investors, as well as those interested in residential and commercial real estate investing opportunities.

The group tries to alternate meetings between Cedar Rapids, Coralville and Iowa City.

Our thanks to Sue Ihde and Ollie Dent of Ruhl and Ruhl for providing the use of their conference room for this meeting.

I would enjoy to be able to come to your next meeting. I know a couple of new members of your group and they say nothing but good things about your group.
