Writing is a solitary endeavor, but that doesn't mean it should be done in a vacuum. The Iowa City Literary Writers Group is designed to provide writers in the Greater Iowa City Area with the community and feedback necessary to hone their skills. Writing from traditional fiction to creative nonfiction to science fiction and fantasy is welcome provided that it strives to be literary; this is unfortunately not a group for commercial fiction. Don't let the word literary fool you, though--whether you're a total beginner or a published veteran, the ICLWG welcomes you. I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
