    Dear Meg and Laura,
I have just self-published my first novel set in post-Celtic Tiger Ireland. It falls into the genre of 'women's fiction'.
My website (www.alicerosebook.com) is informative and enables you to view it on Amazon where you can preview sections. Alternatively, I would be very happy to send you a copy in the hope that you might consider it worthy of inclusion on your members future reading list.
It's a romantic tale set in the heartland of Ireland. It rejoices in family, friendship and love, and incorporates an unexpected twist in the plot, culminating in a feel-good end. The narrative is descriptive and dry-witted. The characters are believable and even the less savory ones are likeable from a storyline point of view.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration, Yours Sincerely,
Caitriona Leslie I spent my honeymoon in Rockland
