Not much to sketch, but then you have to imagine.

    Hi Brian
When I go through map the address is V8W 1H9, but in the reminder e-mail I got this morning, the address is V8N 1A1, which I believe the later is not right?
    Am I missing something?

    March 21, 2014

    • Brian H.

Hi Homa, the address is 28 Bastion Square, Victoria, BC V8W 1H9 You are correct. Thank you.

    Hi Brian
Is this meet up beginning later than the previous ones?....... and I also have the same question as Becky, about the water-brush for water-colour pencils.

    • Brian H.

Hi Homa, Yes, this Meetup is starting at 10:30am. As for the water brush, I will say no, try another technique. But as I mentioned to Becky, ask at the door.

    March 16, 2014

    • Brian H.

      Absolutely, me included.

    • Elaine

Oops, I should have read the details above...sorry Brian.

Can I use my waterbrush for water-soluble colored pencils?

    March 6, 2014

    • Brian H.

I'd ask at the door, Becky.

Will the admission be regular or do we get a "bulk rate"?

    March 6, 2014

    • Brian H.

They have given us a group rate of $8 per person. We pay as a group as we enter. We did the same at the Royal BC Museum last November.

oh no, this is the best meetup sketch location ever and I can't make it!! Have fun :) A brewery also sounds great to me, love those shiny geometric tanks and pipes (classic still life exercise).

  • Joan

I'd love to join you at this museum. The brewery didn't interest me.

Breweries are usually filled with spectacular things to draw. They are sketchers paradise. Each to their own, but I wouldn't throw away something before you experience it. The pawn shop was a prime example.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
