We are happy to invite you to our next Meetup, which is being sponsored by IBM Israel. The event will take place on July 8th, 6-9 PM, at IBM’s offices, 94 Derech Em-Hamoshavot, Park Azorim, Kiryat Arie, Petach-Tikva.

Social Media is the evening’s theme.

Our keynote speaker, Miriam Schwab, is the Friendly CEO of illuminea marketing & media (www.illuminea.com), a Jerusalem-based firm specializing in social media marketing and online promotion.

illuminea has helped some of Israel's leading hi-tech companies and non-profits take their web presence to the next level by developing and implementing social media and blog marketing strategies, which includes designing and developing WordPress blogs and websites, and creating content for the web.

Miriam will tell you how to use these new tools to increase brand awareness, generate buzz, and gather relevant leads. She’ll also give you 5 tips for successfully promoting your business on twitter.

There’ll be plenty of time for Q&A – and Miriam will be happy to share her extensive knowledge with you.

Our second speaker, from IBM, will introduce IBM's social network for developers - My developerWorks - and will discuss social media as a tool for developers.
