Hi all. Thanks Doron and Omri. As I have told to some of you there is an planned Horizon 2020 Call on which VR will be welcome. The text of the Call includes the following sentences: " The focus is on R&D of new or emerging technologies (e.g. 3D and augmented reality technologies) ....Research in new technologies and tools to support creative industries in the creative process from idea conception to production. The proposed tools should explore the potential of technology to enhance the human creative process from the expression of ideas to experiment solutions. Where possible, collaboration and user-community interaction ..... The tools should be cost effective, intuitive, and be demonstrated in real-life environments relevant for the creative industries (such as advertising, architecture, arts, design, fashion, films, music, publishing, video games, TV and radio)". I will be happy to have more F2F clarification. Alex[masked]

The meetup was great, kudos to the organizers! Two questions: (1) Is there an online community of Israeli VR fanboys / game developers that's worth knowing about? (2) Do most Oculus developers (and therefore the demos, libraries etc.) work on Windows or another platform? Thanks!

At the moment we are over capacity for the coming event and there are people on the waiting list. Please update your RSVP to "No" if you do not plan to come, or not 100% sure you'll come.
    Thanks !

FYI, VR enthusiasts without Cardboards, if you're good with stereograms ("3D pictures") go ahead and try that with the app. Works wonderfully.

Just don't cross your eyes, look "through" the phone or at a reflection until the images overlap.

Due to the rapid registration rate, we've decided to squeeze 10 more attendees, and we'll be accepting 50 enthusiasts in the first Meetup!

We've updated the agenda, but there might still be changes, so keep tuned!

We are working on the agenda, and it's a great time for you guys to contact us if you want to present on our first meetup! We have in our community people from Lumus, Pebbles, PrimeSense and other exciting ventures, we would love to hear, see and feel more about!

The meetup might be a bit crowded, so please update your RSVP in case you won't be able to come.
