Avi, congratulation on producing and hosting the best show in town last night. Attendance number and quality where unbelievably high. Iron chefs cooking using the Modiani modern kitchens design and facility was fitting well with the brendzini and the red snapper creative display and presentations. And finally the Gush Etzion wine selection was very interesting and ended the night with a high note with its flagship wine from Emek Habracha. BRAVO!!

I love this group! A focused group like this is much more interesting to me than some of the larger events that can feel impersonal. Everybody was so friendly, too.

What a delightful event, great wines, impressive owner of Dalton as well as a superb panel, and wonderful people. It can only be a work of love to organize such a special event.

The group that has collected under Avi and Eran is eclectic, educated, fun, open, classy, and appropriately argumentative for anything Israel related. The group was also just the right size - not too small, not to large. Ranged all education levels, all ages, all observance types, balanced very creatively and nicely (good nose too...) None of the stuffy, snooty, better-than-thou attitude that many wine groups may have.

Relaxed and easygoing atmosphere, interesting people, educational, different, great format. The wines, in each Meetup, represent cross-section of the type of wines produced in Israel. The interaction with winemakers, that actually make these wines, and the Panel -- really knows Israeli wines and the Israeli wine industry -- makes this fantastic experience.

Avi and the entire panel are very informative and professional. Eran is outstanding with his food preparation (in the photos you can see only too well how much I enjoyed it...) I would like to know where Eran serves as a chef. Participants are very pleasant and inquisitive. Nice company.

A great way to learn about wine in general. The little foodie breaks allow for mingling with a really comfortable and friendly group of people.

Greate venue for those interested and sharing their interest in wines. Provides a great introduction to wine and a wine region that is beginning to really come into its own.
