Ever thought...I'm too old to do that! We've all said that to ourselves ,when we WANT to do something and we think that we are too old, or too young or too tired or too whatever! Maybe we were scared of trying something knew; or maybe we thought people would laugh at us; or maybe we thought we were getting a big head to imagine that we might be more than we are now. We talked to ourselves like this in our 20's and 30's but we say it more often when we are in our 40's, our 50s, our 60's and 70's.

"Yes We Can!" is our new motto. No more "can't do" self talk! This group is designed to help each of us move ahead on something that we have WANTED to do and haven't. There will be discussion, individual and group actions, and mutual support. What is it that you have been wanting to do, but have put off doing?

Do you want to eat healthier? Add exercise to your life? Learn to listen inwardly to your body and spirit? Do you want to live a more conscious life? Find a way to commit to helping your larger community? Help transform the world?

Members come both as seekers and wisdom holders. Another's need for that "first small step" or "the secret that could keep them going" may just come from you...and vice versa.

We are interested in learning more and doing more to help ourselves, our families, our communities and the nation become healthier in all ways. We are activily involved in this evolving of our lives and that of the community.
