What it takes to adopt a Real-life "Self-Sustaining" Funding Plan

Let's get a hold of "What it Takes to adopt a

Real-life "Self-Sustaining" Funding Plan

{for small & medium sized NPO's. to promote open interaction no "competing" NPO leaders will be allowed ... Only the 1st to have a "Confirmed RSVP" will be accepted.}

2 Critical TOPICS We'll UNPACK;

** Why are "Large" NPO's experiencing INCREASED donations? **

** What does a SUCCESSFUL Grant-Writer look like? **

`````````````````````````````````````````````````````
60% of Small & Medium Nonprofits Donations are down and insufficient to meet their budgets.* Meanwhile "LARGE' NPO's monetary donations have continued to Increase! What's up with THAT?
Large NPO's live in the same economy as we?  (Nope! It's NOT b/c they have the money to "Hire" professional fundraisers.) *2012 Nonprofit Funding Study- a Corporate Sponsored NonProfit Research Collaborative
IF we follow the same paths as most small to medium NPO's... what's that tell us, as "Leaders"?  What's NATURAL about fundraising? We'll discuss this.  It's very difficult to "see the forest through the trees".  That's why it's soo important to get together, sharpen each other and learn to "see" that you've got what's needed, already.
1st...
**We'll uncover several types of "Natural & Recurring" Fundraisers **{5 yr average individual giving... 93% Fulfillment rate.} that you CAN do with your CURRENT resources.
2nd...
** "Successful & Idiot-Proof Grant Writing" that gets your request NOTICED & CRITIQUED ... by the Foundation (Before Submitting It).  Grants should be no more than 20% of your NPO's funding (on average).
Did you know??
Foundation Grant Screening employees are trained to REJECT Grant Requests. WHY?... Obviously, fiscal responsibility is an element.  What are other elements?  We'll learn those AND how to pass through "the rejection process" and reach the "eyeball' level of foundations.
So.. does it "Pay" to PAY a professional Grant Writer?? Learn when it "PAYS" to Pay... and when it COSTS to Pay.
We'll interact.  Be prepared with questions, suggestions, stories, productive & unproductive funding experiences.
    We'll look forward to meeting during the next session. I'm very sorry for your loss! Personally, I know the pain and shock. Phyllis, you have my most sincere empathy. ~Tim
      My father suffered numerous strokes and subsequent heart attacks. I understand. Thanks, for the reminder to myself and others.
      Lindbergh area of Midtown works perfectly for me! Another idea: Since we ARE all spread out far and wide, and with some of us out of town on weekends, I wonder whether it would make more sense to have a virtual MeetUp via FreeConferenceCall.com, where the service is Free and we could dial in and speak / share ideas.
    We are frequently at our lakehouse on the wkends. I will try to attend if in town. Doodle is a great scheduling option to see best times. Perhaps picking 2 times to alternate. Be well
