Prosecco Spumante wine: a sparkling party

In this very hot summer, what's better than a Italian sparkling wine? That's Prosecco di Conegliano, the very famous and original doc spumante from the province of Treviso, near Venezia. Made mostly by native grapes "Glera", it's the most famous wine for aperitivo (appetizer) in Italy but it suits very well with fish based dishes and also antipastoes.

We will make a compared tasting of two different bottles of different vineries of Prosecco DOC, under the guide of a passionate Italian gourmand, discovering colors, perfumes and tastes, talking with new friends in English, Japanese, or Italian...

Together with Prosecco wine (drink is nomihoudai, ad libitum, of course...) we'll have some appetizer, some fish base food, then coffee, ice cream...

Attendees will pay 3,500 yen per person.
