This is one of the most important areas for the production of high-quality wines in Italy. It's a full body and tannic wine, full of scents.
Made by local grapes, it is an historical wine, coming from an area where wines are produced since ancient times.
We'll make a compared real tasting of two different bottles of Castel del Monte, analizing color, perfumes and taste. About food we'll have some meat based dishes. Wine will be nomihoudai (a buffet). It will be also an occasion to talk in English, Italian and Japanese, meeting new interesting people. I'm looking forward, and you?
