    Pinsa's offers an intensive, highly professional cours, dedicated to those who want to learn the secrets of a profession that does no have crisis. These courses are taught using ELECTRIC STONE-BASED Pizza Oven

    Objectives of the course

    At the end of the cours the student will master the technical basis for the preparation of pizza,  tru specific training with regard to  the practical working of  materials, such as dough and baking and toping

    What will you  benefit out of this  course

    The course is aimed to anyone wishing to approach the job of pizza maker, acquiring the knowledge to be able to propose as a professional specialized in the various restaurant. It is recommended to those who already have experience of kitchen

    How is the course

    The training course lasts 6 hours (It  will take place in one day): 2  hours spent learning theoretical  and 4 hours practical  learning in the laboratory

    The curriculum includes lessons on the steps undertaken for the entire cycle of the  production  of the pizza:

     

    • The DIRECT MIX OF THE DOUGH: dose, duration, portioning
    • THE FILLING: classical methods of combination
    • COOKING: techniques and trmperature

     

    How much  is the cost and what the course will offers

    The registration fee is: €750,00 ex BTW ( 892,50 incl. BTW) - 5 is the minimum number of participants

    Please note that minimum number of participants required for a course to be held is 5. If there are less than 5 people interested, that course will not be offered.

    The fee includes:

     

    • Lecture notes and materials by the teachers
    • Practical
    • Use of  materials (flour  and the toppings)
    • Use of Laboratory equipment

     

    During each practical lesson the students will be tasted

    Pinsa’s biedt een intensieve cursus aan op professioneel niveau, gericht op wie de geheimen wil leren kennen van een vak dat geen crises kent. These courses are taught using ELECTRIC STONE-BASED Pizza Oven

    Doel van de cursus

    Na afronding van de cursus zal de leerling zich de basistechnieken hebben eigen gemaakt voor de bereiding van de pizza. Dit proces vindt plaats aan de hand van specifiek onderwijs, waarin d.m.v. de praktijk de beheersing wordt verkregen van de bereiding van de ingrediënten, van het deeg en van het bakken.

    Voor wie is de cursus?

    De cursus is bedoeld voor iedereen die zich wil bekwamen in het beroep van pizzabakker en de kennis wil verkrijgen om zich als gespecialiseerde professional binnen verschillende restaurantculturen te kunnen aanbieden. Het is speciaal aanbevolen voor wie al praktische keukenervaring heeft.

    Hoe verloopt de cursus?

    De opleiding duurt 6 uur (gedurende 1 dag): 2 uur gewijd aan theoretische kennis en 4 praktijkuren

    Het lesmateriaal bevat lessen in de verschillende fasen van de productiecyclus van de pizza:

    • DEEGBEREIDING: hoeveelheden, tijden, proporties
    • DE DRESSING: klassieke combinatiemethodes
    • HET BAKKEN: technieken en temperaturen

    Prijs van inschrijving is: €750,00 ex BTW ( 892,50 incl. BTW) - min. 5 personen

    Bij de prijs is inbegrepen:

    • Lesmateriaal verzorgd door de leraren
    • Praktische oefeningen

    In de loop van iedere praktijkles zullen de werkresultaten van de leerlingen worden geproefd.
