    Learn to make your own Ravioli from scratch in this 2 hour lesson. You will begin the lesson by preparing two different pasta doughs. Once the pastry dough is made you will prepare 2 ravioli fillings and cook 2 different ravioli sauces.  In this Cooking Class you will learn to make your own fresh plain ravioli, coloured ravioli; we will teach you to serve which sauces are best teamed with different ravioli.

    In this 2 hour lesson you will learn all about making your own Italian Pasta. You will:

    -Prepare two different sauces

    -Prepare and cook 2 different ravioli

    -Learn how to roll out your fresh pasta Learn to make fill and cook Ravioli.

    No experience required for any of our courses.

     

    The lesson is followed by a meal of the dishes prepared.

    These classes are euro 39,00 (price per person).

    Duration: 2 hours

    Please note that minimum number of participants required for a workshop to be held is 8. If there are less than 8 people interested in a workshop, that workshop will not be offered.
    This course is an amateur course and not professional
