Join SSG. Mike Trevino and Sifu Collin Lieberman for a fun outdoor fitness program in downtown Ithaca. We are combining the best that military and martial arts fitness has to offer in a fun and motivational setting. Tighten up your body for summer while learning functional strength and movement skills!
Every class is designed to fit all fitness levels, with scalable exercises and modifications to appropriately challenge everyone, from couch potatoes to Olympic athletes. A typical 60 minute workout includes warm-up exercises, full body circuit intervals and kickboxing drills.
