Fighter Forge (Martial Fitness & Conditioning)

A strength and conditioning class designed to forge the skills of a fighter, inspired by Bruce Lee’s dedication to pushing the limits of physical fitness.
Like many cross-training programs, we build a foundation of strength, endurance, and agility. What sets Fighter Forge apart is the rapid development of balance, flexibility, and body control; along with power, speed and precision in striking.  Fighter Forge integrates martial skill development and elite fitness into a single workout.
