DPW Meeting to discuss the proposed changes to the Druid Hill Reservoir

DPW will be holding a meeting to discuss proposed changes to the Druid Hill Reservoir and it's impact on the park. We are hoping many of you will attend so that our concerns can be addressed.

    There is a great deal of concern about how the implementation of this plan could affect Druid Lake. If you want to make sure Druid Lake is not allowed to become a swamp, please consider attending.

    Also, the current plan includes the removal of many old growth trees. Including, Taylors Grove and the new tree sculpture commissioned by the Friends of Druid Hill Park in the Fall of 2012.
