Healthy living journal/notebook

Comfortable clothes/walking shoes

Structure:

6:30  -  7:00 pm Walk neighbor or trail

7:00  -  7:15 pm Introductions

7:15  -  8:15 pm     Juice & discussion of individual weight loss plans
