Introduction

I'm an audio/visual publisher/archivist. I'm into great & timeless sounds & images, much of which I restore & sell. My stuff's in films, docs, songs, books, etc. I'm committed to providing j-rock & Japanese & Asian musicians a happy home in NYC.

What would you most like to see a j-culture meetup group do?

Bring all our j-rockin' bruthas & sistas togetha with all the lovely NYC Metropolitans that luv 'em!

What are your favorite j-culture events?

Music especially - & hangin' out with Japanese people (there aren't enough Japanese people in my life - & I am DOING something about it!) - & talk about Japanese food, mmm...

What are your favorite j-bands?

Love Etc, Uzuhi, Echostream, Suaka, Small Mountain Path, Back C.C.s, Highteen Boogie, Thee 50s Highteens, Noodles, Falsies on Heat, Budo Grape, Polysics, Gito Gito Hustler, Sakura Madams, Gelatine, Gaijin A Go-Go, 5.6.7.8's, Mikabomb, Spookey & more
