How many times do you laugh a day?

Most adults who laugh a lot laugh about 10-13 times a day compared to kids who laugh about 500 times a day. Also, 98% of kids are considered to be creative while only 2% of adults are considered creative. What's the correlation? I'd say laughing!

JC Laughter Yoga is about laughing for stress relief, for creating positivity, and for deep breathing exercising! I especially think it's a great way to clear our minds to be more innovative and creative in our every day lives.

We'll meet once a week in our downtown Jersey City office space and laugh to bring all the great things we want into our lives. Greatness and creativity starts with being able to laugh.

Laughter Yoga is fun, energizing and calming, and feels really good. No mats are needed, just bring your laughs.
