Hi Lori! Thanks for joining. Yoga really compliments other activities like running of course and helps for clarity of the mind (for me especially). We are mixing yoga with different activities like belly dancing, charity events and mixers. I look forward to meeting you!

Distance is a factor in communication, short range can be done with the right gear. Long range is a different story. Depending on the nature of the disaster, your cell phone is an important piece of survival gear. The trick is keeping it charged if the power grid goes down. We will give you the options and much more.
Everything from survival to sustaining yourself will be covered.
Welcome to NYPG! We are happy that you joined. We look forward to meeting you soon. Cheers!
