I have been running for almost 5 years but then I hurt my knee a now I am trying to get back in shape. My goal is to some day run in a half marathon an after that a full one.
On a treadmill I can run 4 miles, I'd like to run up to 6 by the end of the year.
I run 4-5 times a week.
I live in queens and would love to run with people in my area of fresh meadows/ f Flushing I just have a hectic schedule between work an school.
I googled running groups I'm queens and found this.
