JOY Through Laughter

 

Laughter Wellness is using Laughter Yoga to improve our life. We laugh as an exercise, no one makes you laugh, you do this by choice. This isn’t about jokes, comedy or humour. There are many benefits; here I will concentrate on the health benefits.

1.       Sleep better

2.       Enrich our blood with oxygen

3.       Have an elevated mood

4.       Release stress

5.       Creates endorphins in the brain

6.       Have a more positive outlook on life

7.       Have fun in a relaxing environment with others

8.       Laughing in a group is 30% easier than by ourselves

9.       Each experience is unique and never to be repeated, yet we can do it over and over again

10.   Feel more comfortable in ourselves
