The first 3 Tuesdays of the Month!!! Come Laugh with me!

Laughter Wellness is using Laughter Yoga to improve our life. We laugh as an exercise, no one makes you laugh, you do this by choice. This isn’t about jokes, comedy or humour. There are many benefits; here I will concentrate on the health benefits.
1. Sleep better
2. Enrich our blood with oxygen
3. Have an elevated mood
4. Release stress
5. Creates endorphins in the brain
6. Have a more positive outlook on life
7. Have fun in a relaxing environment with others
8. Laughing in a group is 30% easier than by ourselves
9. Each experience is unique and never to be repeated, yet we can do it over and over again
10. Feel more comfortable in ourselves

    Just so everyone know, not only you amazing people from Meetup come to these events. I have other amazing people that join in from a variety of sources! Last week Greg and I had a really good session just the two of us. This week it looks like there will be a minimum of 5 of us and I'm really looking forward to building the Tuesday evening numbers up to 20 or 30 over the next few months!!! See you all tomorrow evening!
