PhotoAppreciation: Reception for Lisa M. Robinson Exhibition: "Oceana"

Aim: Photo Appreciation, Meeting with the artist, Learning from her inspiration.

"Oceana" is a presentation of new photographic works by SCAD alumna Lisa M. Robinson (M.F.A. photography, 1999). Poetically depicting the transformative nature of water, Robinson captures storm surges and calm reflective moments as well as the formation of ice and flowing currents. Together, these images dramatically describe the shape and movement of water, which comprises two-thirds of our world's surface.

SCAD is so out of HK as a major American Arts Institute. The place is so so well equip to train professional artists. Lisa was really inspiring not technically but as a photographer artist. Thank you for Jenny to organize this great event - nice to meet Joseph Tsoi, Joseph Trinh, Dennis and Jenny. Wished many more members could have join as to see what a photographic education is about in a large arts institute.

    Lisa's work was top class!

@No Show Members. I hope you can respect the event and yourself. If you are not serious attending the event, do not RSVP yes. Any case if we can only provide limited supports, we'll check your attendant history to determine our decision. Thanks
