About The Jacksonville Friends Meetup Group Ages 40's-50's

The main mission of this group is to make new friends. People who you feel comfortable with, people you can call just to hang out with, people who will lend each other a helping hand if needed.

I know this may seem like a given but I feel the need to explain the RSVP system used on this site. If you RSVP YES, you are expected to show up, you are being counted by the organizer as an attendee and the venue of the event for which you are responding to is either cooking, providing more staff, or such service for YOU. When you NO SHOW, the organizer may get stuck for your part of the bill. Please don't let that happen, if you can't make it please change your RSVP to NO at least 24 hours in advance. You can always change it back to yes if your plans do allow your attendance.
