Hey! I just moved to Jacksonville a few months ago, and this seems to be a pretty tough place to make new friends if you're already out of college. I was disappointed to see that there weren't a ton of active Meetup Groups in this area, so I decided to create my own :) I'm a city girl at heart, but I know Jacksonville has a ton to offer its residents if we just get out and explore.

I loved a Meetup group I belonged to in NC called "Triangle Girls on the Town", so I'm hoping to replicate some of what that group had here. Events will be based on member interest and local happenings. This group will be eclectic in its events - dining, bars, book clubs, sports nights, day trips, volunteering, etc. All suggestions welcome! If you're interested in leading an event or being an assistant organizer, just let me know.
