Let's meet for an hour or so and get a quick workout and walk in to start off the day! I will create a simple bodyweight workout we will do then we will go for a walk to cool down! All fitness levels welcome!
Calling all MIGHTY MOMS!! Moms who need a break who are concerned about their own health or want to learn more about health and wellness or maybe just want to grab some coffee and meet some new friends!! This group get's together a couple of times a month and participates in outings from Stroller Workouts, to 5k runs, coffee shop meet-ups and everything in-between!!! Something for EVERY MOM!!!
