I know! I didn't get home until 8:30. Can't make it on the 16th but I plan to be there on the 23rd. Hopefully there will be some newbies like me.

We had 16 players and only two courts...ouch. We had reserved all 3 courts but the office somehow lost one of the reservations. Thank you to all who kept cool heads and participated and contributed to a good night of tennis...I played until 10, had a great time!

of course u had fun u probably arrived at 3pm off your lawn mower to be 1 of the court hogs. and honestly your speeds equates to about a .5 from what I saw. So if I was u keep showing up 3 hours early cuz u really need the practice. See u next week.

not organized to say the least. what they do is show up at 6pm for a scheduled 7pm and lock the courts with their preppy/BS. Comments like "what's your speed" I noticed none of them wanted to play me 1 on 1. just to preppy, so bad they got the "peel" thrown on the court.

Really sucked. #1: I arrived at 6:30pm thinking I'm playing singles game. "NOT"!!. . Really sucked. #1: I arrived at 6:30pm thinking I'm playing singles game. "NOT"!!. OK I'm kewl with that. So I run into 1 guy who is talkin to another guy about how he is tired of showing up every Tues, having no competition cuz his game is just a faltering. (To be honest all his returns/returned in the net) He also reminded of just a skinny hillbilly jim/with dark glasses. So then I get the pleasure of meeting April and I guess her husband who showed up at 7pm. April just plain sucks in tennis, can't hit broad/side of a barn. And her husband was a real jerk/off. cut throat/adults acting like self-fish high school/ers. No1 brought balls but me. Every1 would do anything to get on the court including using my brand new tennis balls. Moral to the story - u get what u pay for. nreturn they got my slimy banana peel on their court and I will show up next Tuesday. Good for me and great shit on them.

Now, do new players have to play a fee if they attend this meet up?

    July 8, 2013

    • George H.

Hi Michael...this meet up is full, with two waiting. The only fee due is the membership fee of $5.00.
