Mindfulness and self compassion

Let's get together for a mindfulness practice followed by a brief discussion on self compassion.  These two powerful skills (mindfulness and self compassion) come together in a way that enables us to break free from old habits of being hard on ourselves.  Self compassion makes changes happen easier, challenges less painful, and relationships less critical.  This is a free three week series at the library. It is perfect for people new to these practices or seasoned vets.  Join us for one or come to all three.
