Hometown: someday in Japan I wish lol
May 8, 2009
Ah, I have been way behind on studying, learning. I'm here to seriously learn the language. However, I could only speak a bit like phrases. I still can't make even a basic conversation in Japanese without using english....GAH!Plus, I seem to be forever stuck in hiragana..and other stuff.><;;
Experiencing the traditional tea ceremony for the first time long time ago *-* I wanted to for so long...It was amazing...I was the only one in the group with the members in a yukata. It was an unfortunately awkward day...but interesting..and lots more! Believe it or not! I don't know if I can say some of those stories are my favorite.
It started with anime. I grew up watching it when I was very young. Soon after, it was about the culture where this beautiful, magical animation came from.*_*Then on, there were people who I met, who also, I can't forget their kindness,miss few of them,long time ago. I have been teaching myself the language, culture with the help of festivals,books,few penpals & non-Japanese also along the way.I think it's interesting, awesome when someone seriously wants to learn the language, culture of a country, countries of interest outside of their own.I love some of the culture still.However,there are things I don't like also about the culture.Ibeen behind on studying enjoy watching dramas lately like Tokyo Airport, Wasureta Koi no Hajimekata,Kekkon Shinai, UtsukushiiRinjin,Saki,Second Virgin,Sengyou Shufu Tantei Watashi wa Shadow. It's still a goal to improve with my penpals, few ppl (I think you guys know who you are!)1 day I get as good as some non-Japanese ppl who can have a conversation.
No, I'm too shy to be....I'm more of a follower than a leader ^^;? But, yes if you're a nice person,(haha) and no because im not fluent. Gomenne....
Moshi Moshi!I'm Teresa.Although that is not my real name.I kicked myself back in,after being here sometime before.I need to get back to studying, ganbarru!^_^;v(oh, I hope I got that word right)
People will help you if you're stuck on your languages, (Japanese and english) and most of them are friendly. Plus if you're shy, you'll have a good time. You'll learn lots and get to practice. My first time experience...was omoshiroii! ^^' And more native Japanese speakers should join also I think, because people here try to help each other out....
