Makkohou Japanese Stretch Class (All in Japanese) Only $20!

It's a 90-minute weekly Japanese stretch class that involves 60 minutes of intense and healthy exercise and then 30 minutes of massage (each person attending get a massage and full bodywork from the teacher.) These classes are great fun because they: 1) make you sweat, 2) increase your discipline, 3) improve your body and 4) give you 90 minutes of pure Japanese speech practice (since all the teachers and other attendees are native Japanese.) You can't beat that! 
P.S. This is a Japanese class run by native Japanese who take attendance EXTREMELY seriously. If you RSVP for this event and are then a no-show, you would be permanently banned from this event in the future, both by the Meetup and the teachers personally. It IS tough but that is how they weed out people who aren't truly interested and won't take it seriously. But I cannot stress enough how transformative this class is! It only costs $20 (that you pay directly to the teachers in cash) and I also use it as my weekly therapy and meditation. Also, we make lots of jokes and laugh all throughout class! It's a great atmosphere.
