The goal of creating this document is to have a common understanding that harassing activities will not be tolerated in the group.  Further, that we will all, in small or big ways, try and act as agents of positive change in our industry.

I think all of you are already living this, but I wanted to get this out there.  If you have any input on the document, please feel free to either reply on this thread, or to me directly if you prefer.
