Back to the Cedar River Club!

Big thanks to Cedar River Club (aka "the Duck Pond") for letting us use their stage, sound system, and outdoor deck once again! The pickin' circle will be out on the deck. We've had a great time there when they've hosted us before. You're invited to come and play (on stage, or out on the deck) or just hang out and enjoy a good time. The cash bar will be open and the grill be working (sorry, no credit cards). Hope to see you there!

    It far exceeded my high expectations. We had very high-quality musicians playing their butts off! Paul Grant joined in later with his saxophone, making it even better! I always enjoy playing with the Ouija Brothers...this was certainly no exception. The food always is great! It is a very nice room to play in...it is conveniently located for me, and I like playing on Sunday evening! Any repeats on this (time, day/wk, place), gets my vote!

    Okay, here's a little more about how this one will work. The Cedar River Club has a stage area and house P.A. indoors. Folks who want to play onstage will each get a turn (please sign up ahead of time), to play whatever you'd like. There is also a large outside deck, where folks like to meet and play informally and unplugged in the "pickin' circle". You don't have to do just one or the other, I did both last time and had a great time, though there were times I wished I could be in two places at once!

    how does this meet up work do you all have a set list or its just jump in i dont have acoustic yet but ill bring my flamanco or my fender strat with a practice amp on low volume fill me in plz
