Jacksonville Good Life (Ages 21-45) Pages

Most Meetup members RSVP in a timely and accurate manner (hooray!). But some members can be slow to RSVP, lax in changing their RSVP when something comes up, or worse, not even show up when they said they would (boo!). That's unfair to the Organizer, to members who could have attended in their place, [to the establishment that is providing for a certain number of attendees], and to members who expected a greater turnout (sad).

* If your plans change, you should update your RSVP at least 24 hours before the event begins. Avoid late cancelling. Any cancellation less than 24 hours before our meeting time is considered late and will be treated the same as a no-show.

* If you RSVPed Yes, you show up to the event. If you can't show up, you change your RSVP accordingly and explain to the Event Organizer** why you couldn't attend.

If you RSVP for an event, and you choose to not show up and don't inform us in advance for 3 events, you will be asked to leave the group, due to regulations/recommendations.

Additionally, members who are no longer active in the Meetup group may be asked to leave.
