  • This location is shown only to members

Please join Zend Technologies (The PHP Company) at the September meeting of the Jacksonville PHP User Group. Edward Kietlinksi, Zend Solutions Consultant will explore the complete Zend software stack and how to optimize your efforts with PHP applications. Open source example applications like Magento eCommerce, osCommerce, Joomla, SugarCRM, Drupal, will be used to showcase how to tackle common and complex problems. Both the open source Zend stack and the advanced Professional Edition solutions will be shown to address poor performance, troubleshooting problems, identifying bottlenecks, slow databases, integrating PHP into Java, and improving MVC Zend Framework apps. Edward will also show Zend Server CE/PE, PDT/Studio, and Zend Framework.

Please note Edward's Presentation will be presented via a WEBEX Conference Presentation. The WEBEX conference link will be provided for those who may not be able to attend, but still want to join in the presentation.

There will also be a Zend Raffle at the meeting.

And here Webex/Teleconference instructions in case you can't be there in person.

An intensive review of Zend's offerings, some brand new, with live demos. Plus Zend t-shirts, Firehouse subs and a raffle for 2 copies of Symphony. Big thanks to Don for arranging the space, the Webex set-up and most important, the subs. (The Webex worked great except for a brief glitch with mics on our end and some impressive audio feedback. Good thing some of us remember AV club.)

I believe a podcast will be available later; I'll get details for you.

Will a recording of the Teleconference be available?

Corrected now! The Firehouse HQ is on Kori Rd, not Lori. (The Meetup map defaulted to Lori Dr., which would have put us in someone's den. Plus, no subs!) I blame Don.
