Led Ashtanga Yoga

We offer a guided half Primary Series of Ashtanga. This Vinyasa style yoga class, focuses on synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of asanas  which creates internal heat and sweat that purifies the body and mind leaving you feeling vibrantly alive!
