This Mysore style Ashtanga class focuses on synchronizing your breath with the flow of progressive postures, producing a detoxifying sweat, which results in improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Classes are donation based ($5 suggested) and start at 7PM, please bring a mat and towel.
