In this talk, Justin will discuss the roles fulfilled by bookkeepers as well as external accountants during the year, while addressing the practicality of each at all stages of a company’s life cycle. Justin will specifically address cost considerations and will offer solutions for boot-strapped operations.

Justin has been providing accounting and auditing services to the technology sector for over 10 years, over which span he has accumulated a broad experience in working with start-ups, emerging growth enterprises and established companies throughout NJ and nation-wide. Throughout his career Justin has assisted his clients with internal control setup, financial statement related services and M&A transaction advisory consulting. Justin is a graduate of Boston College and currently resides in West Long Branch with his wife, Christine and their two boys, Colin and Liam.
