Is your organization ready to switch to Agile Software Development?

A lot of organizations still continue to be in the traditional waterfall software development or in a hybrid state where they do a little bit of waterfall and RUP (rational unified process).  When should you be looking to switch?  What does it mean for your organization and what to watch out for as you and your team transition to Agile Software Development.

Food, Beer, Softdrinks, and Giveaways provided by iCIMS!
