Starting this group was inspired after returning from the 2009 ALEPH Kallah (see www.aleph.org for more info. on Jewish Renewal). We want to test the waters and see if there is interest in starting a Chevera that is focused on the Jewish Renewal Movement The purpose of the Chevera would be to share experiences, chant, have shabbat gatherings, meditation, and whatever else is created when like-minded, creative, progressive, spiritual, Jews get together. Oh and of course a nosh here or there.
