Transform your life with Jewish Meditation & Visualization

  • Feb 12, 2014 · 7:30 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

There are countless benefits to meditating regularly. Meditation helps you achieve greater mastery over yourself. It helps you overcome bad habits. You will be more alert. You will gradually eliminate negative thoughts and let go of imagined feelings of inadequacy. You will likely reach higher spiritual levels and be more in tune with God and His creation.

By practicing meditation and visualization techniques regularly, you will draw new people into your life. People who will help you live a healthier, fuller life. Some of them may already be members of our group.

So don’t come to our meetings hoping to meet your soul-mate. Rather come expecting, over time, to learn how to draw your soul-mate into your life. And attract other people who will help you achieve greater success in all areas of your life. People who will help you actualize much more of the unlimited potential God blessed you with.

This is what we plan to do next Wednesday:
1. Discuss: What is Meditation?
2. Different types and techniques of Meditation
3. What is Jewish Meditation?
4. What is Visualization?
5. What am I likely to gain by establishing a consistent meditation/visualization practice?
6. Introductory meditation session.
7. Introductory visualization session
8. Mingle and get to know fellow “seekers”.

Don’t be discouraged if it turns out that most attendees are of one gender or another. These fellow seekers may become great friends of yours. Together you may help each other grow spiritually and attract into your lives others who should be part of your personal circle. Surround yourself with like-minded “seekers” and good things will begin to happen in your life.
