Basic 90 min class is where we learn the fundamentals of basic yoga postures, correct alignment and how to get in and out of the posture safely. Introduction into the breathing, spiritual, emotional and energy aspects of yoga practice is also within the curriculum of this course. The 4-week course begins on the 1st of each month. Each week has an emphasis: week 1 - Standing portures, week 2 - forward bends, week 3 - back bends, week 4 - putting everything together and turning it upside down. Come and explore the fundamentals, great for beginners as well as for advanced students who'd like a deeper exploration of basic postures.
