Behavior for Success By Gin Nikoloff, Founder of Hire10

In 2009, I ran for City Council in my city, and didn’t win! However, during that time I made a case to support local residents to find jobs in our City. Over the years of working with different organizations and seeing how their business model ran: I realize how I wanted to model my business and the name of my business, Hire10. I want local businesses to hire local residents in 10 miles or less.

With support from a web developer, and my unemployed friends, we developed Hire10’s site in June.

At Hire10, we believe we can make a difference for our friends and neighbors which ultimately supports our whole community. Your quality of life, our local businesses, and our environment can be more sustainable.

For today, Hire10 is here to support you with some realizations about your behavior for success.

This sounds like a great Meetup! Unfortunately, I leave for San Diego that morning.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
