Life is about learning. For some subset of people learning career administration, project management, and web development is an invaluable opportunity to extend their skill set. If you are of those (govenment, technical professions, finance, etc.), grab this opportunity.

This meetup group is created for individuals who want to further develop their:

  • Employable skills.
  • Job marketable credentials.

We are also constantly evolving to meet the needs of our members and would like you to be a part of that development.

We are an outreach of two great non-profit organizations:

  • Career Network Ministry (CNM) serves 4,200+ people in career transitions in the Washington, DC metro area. People in career transitions may find there everything from food and clothing to inspirations. See some CNM pictures, which are posted at the U.S. Department of Labor's website, or the About CNM video.
  • The Economic Group provides us with extended resources from our SharePoint sites and In2Job Organizer up to generous job opportunities. We are recruiting for this company, which robust training program gives everyone a chance to work.

Photos are our donors' and partners' requirement - please refrain from joining if you are not comfortable with that feature.

Our meetup group was formerly known as HOTCOE (which stands for Hands-On Training Center of Excellence). Our sister groups are Global Business and Global DC.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
