A jogging group in which we reward ourselves for 40 minute Sunday morning jog with a (skinny) latte at inner north and north-eastern suburbs cafes. We meet at cafe at 9am then jog, say, 2.5km away, then 2.5km back to the cafe, and smugly enjoy our coffee. Emphasis is on fun, health and friendship but we are NOT a walking group. NOTE: Please only sign on only if you REALLY intend to come jogging! It's advised that you be able to jog for at least 3km before you join. But if you can very easily jog 10km, and if you're more a competitive jogger, it's possible you will find us too slow. The group is not for the very unfit. It's also not for the fastest joggers.
