Time is fleeting, madness takes its toll....

A laid-back book and movie club. Back in the day we used to focus on books that were adapted into film. Nowadays we have a wide variety of events. Anyone can join and show up for a meetup at any time. We have regular meetups of all kinds. Meet new people, read new books and enjoy a movie and some interesting conversation. Simple.

Attend if and when you like. We regularly welcome new members into the fold so don't be shy; come join us. There's always a note on how to find the organiser of the event or they'll send out an email with their cell number. Otherwise, if I'm there, I almost always have some form of Spongebob Squarepants-related identifier (whether it's a handbag, shirt or any other random item) to help you find me.

The only request we have is that you do not RSVP haphazardly but only when you're certain to attend so we can organise and make bookings based on the correct numbers.

Also, please note that we discourage the attendance of kids (under 18s) at our events as we are not a family-friendly PG-rated group of adults. It's our preference to be able to enjoy ourselves and our events freely without the implied censure that is created by the presence of kids.
