Joao Teixeira de Faria, known as "John of God,"  is considered to be possibly the most powerful healing medium on the planet.   He is becoming well known in the US through yearly visits to the Omega Institute in NY, and was featured on an Oprah show in Nov. 2010.  Wayne Dyer has been talking about his healing from leukemia via long-distance surgery from John of God in April 2011.  Hundreds of Americans also visit his healing center in Abadiania, Brazil each week.
