I like to taste as close to the producers as i can get. I also like any place that where thought, care and love are put into the preparation and presentation of my meal.
I'm pumped about this Mezcal tasting. I've just recently gotten into mezcal but am a long time scotch fan.
I'm a recent nyc transplant, waiting tables at il buco alimentari and living in brooklyn.
