“ I just love the desert skies. Setup my astronomy tent for two nights of star glazing. In attendance were many astronomers from around the country. The show was great, the people were great, fun, fun, fun! Cannot wait till the July star party. I live in San Pedro, (light polluted) last year I traveled 11 thousand miles to dark skies and Joshua Tree Astronomy theater is the best! ”

“ It's great, but the talks need to be organized, and if technical difficulties are known to arise on occasion, there should definitely be a back-up plan in place -- and it should be organized. If you invite the whole world to come, SOMETHING has to happen. An introductory astronomy lesson, or something clear about the constellations and their significance, or even a MOVIE, would have been just fine. ”
