Holistic living with Robin Migalla

Please join us for an evening of dialogue with Robin Migalla on the topics of:

  • Edgar Cayce

  • Colon Hydrotherapy

  • Holistic living

  • Local, sustainable, nutrient-dense food

Robin Migalla has been labeled Elgin's "local food activist." Originally, her interest in food began when she discovered one of the keys to vibrant health would be found in eating whole, healthy foods. After all, it was the "Father of Modern Medicine," Hippocrates that said, "Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food." Unfortunately, Hippocrates couldn't have foreseen what was to happen to our food, and now it seems we need to understand exactly what food is, and what food isn't. This has been a journey Robin has been on for more than 30 years. As it turns out, the same food that is so healing to the body is also healing to our planet. Be prepared to be astonished and surprised, and maybe even a bit challenged by what she has learned. Robin is a professional Colon Hydrotherapist in her own practice, Health For Life Colon Care, LLC, where she generously shares her knowledge and experience with her clients. Robin is an excellent speaker and very informed on everything we discussed. She has motivated me to learn more about maintaining a healthy body by taking control of what I eat and drink. I hope we have another meetup with her.
